Artist Bio: JESSICA TCHEREPNINE is a self-taught botanical artist who has painted flowers all her life, loving the detailed observation this requires. World renowned, she has won two gold medals at the Royal Horticultural Society and is a founding member of the American Society of Botanical Artists. Her work has been shown at numerous solo and group exhibitions and is represented in collections internationally, including those at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation in Pittsburgh; the British Museum (Natural History) and the Royal Horticultural Society’s Lindley Library, both in London; and the Benois Family Museum, Peterhof, St. Petersburg. Because of an incurable neurodegenerative condition called corticobasal degeneration (CBD), Jessica is no longer able to paint. She now wishes to use her art as inspiration to help others suffering from CBD and related diseases. Proceeds from the sale of these cards will help support patient advocacy and research through CurePSP, the foundation for prime of life neurodegeneration.
